Projects with a Heart is a grassroots employee movement endorsed by the company. We have created a digital bridge which provides a simple way for all PMI employees to share and discover stories of people who need help, participate in initiatives of other colleagues, and help make these initiatives a reality through individual donations!
Connecting those who need help, with those who want to help. Without anyone in between. Globally, credibly and for free.
We aim for resources to be used in the most efficient way to help as many people in need as possible. It is the responsibility of each project owner to ensure the best outcome of their projects
We operate relying on employees who submit projects, support and participate in them, review completed projects documentation. It is project owners who are responsible for their projects from the beginning till the end.
This is an internal employee initiative that is endorsed and supported by the company. Employees are encouraged to share stories and participate in the projects, and they might even use a bit of working time for this noble cause provided certain conditions are met within flexibility.
We transparently upload projects and all relevant documentation for everyone’s view (inside PMI). We “follow the money” to ensure projects’ objectives are fulfilled.
